This type of site is granted by the commune on a one-off basis or for a fixed period. In the first case, a fee is charged. In the latter case, a \u201cdroit de place\u201d or subscription fee must be paid. The price of a site varies from one commune to another, but communes are prohibited from applying a preferential rate. This authorization allows you to occupy the roadside for a set period of time. The amount of the fee is set by the commune or prefecture. In both cases, several factors are taken into account in setting the price: the surface area occupied by the truck, the duration of use and the commercial value of the street.
